HELPFUL SELLER INFORMATION

Once you’ve finally accepted an offer and are under contract to sell your home, most often a home inspection will be ordered by the buyer to satisfy both the buyer and, if applicable, their bank or mortgage lender. Many sale agreements can be incredibly complex and feature a number of qualifications and fine print. All this can be confusing and overwhelming, and may include additional requests, addendums, etc.
