As your Listing REALTOR®, the first thing we will do is go through a basic overview of what will be required of you in terms of paperwork, including disclosures, agreements, and the main sales contract. It is so important and helpful for you to be at least generally aware of what to expect as you enter the process to get your home listed on the market.
